I was checking out the weather forecast for next week, and it doesn’t look great. Reflecting on some challenging winter starts, what’s that one trick that’s always come through for you? Do you keep your machine in a heated garage, or do you have a reliable way to start it up in the cold?

So, I don't have a heated garage, and I've always just plugged in a block heater. I started doing that after one winter when my tractor wouldn't start for, like, hours. Ever since then, it's been my lifesaver on those super cold mornings.

nope, using a magnetic block heater or a small electric heater to warm the engine block/carburetor for 30–60 minutes beforehand is the most reliable method for me
