Transmission harness

I just received my new transmission wire harness doesn’t look fun to replace my only question is where does the main plug go after plugging it into all the solenoid since it is a tight area to work in does it head towards the firewall or towards the fuse panel. It is a 2006 JCB 214 backhoe

Is the old harness removed? If it's not, following it is probably the best to figure out what goes where and not mess things up

No it’s not I can’t fit my fat arms between the cab and transmission
