After a long day in the cab, that constant shaking can really get to you.
What are your favorite tricks, seat modifications, or everyday habits that help you
control vibration and maintain your focus during those long shifts?

If you haven't upgraded to an air-ride seat, now's the time it's a total game changer for comfort during long hours. Don't forget to check your engine mounts too; if they’re worn, they really amplify vibrations in the cab. Replacing mine was a huge improvement; I really wish I'd done it sooner.

Make sure to adjust your seat suspension based on your weight; many people overlook this and then complain about a rough ride.
Also, remember to take breaks every few hours to stretch.
Those constant vibrations can wear you out quicker than you'd think and really hurt your focus.

Great tips here, air-ride seats, new mounts, and fine-tuning your suspension can really reduce the bumps,
plus taking regular stretch breaks helps you stay alert.

It’s the little adjustments that lead to a lot more comfort.
