Hey, has anyone else had some trouble shifting gears on their Fastrac lately? Mine's been acting up, mainly when I'm going from 3rd to 4th. I'm wondering if it needs to be calibrated or if it's a problem with the parts themselves.

Yeah, I’ve seen that happen when the clutch calibration drifts or the shift actuator starts to wear. Might be worth checking the ECU logs and running a quick recalibration, sometimes that smooths it out without needing parts.

Hey, also, take a quick look at the hydraulic pressure and what the gear position sensor is telling you. If the pressure is low or the sensor is acting up, that could mess with your shifting, especially when you're carrying something heavy

The Fastrac boxes can be a bit sensitive, especially with that 3-4 shift.. but before anything else, check the transmission oil level and condition, and confirm you're using the correct grade. Low or tired oil is a common cause for grumpy shifting. If the fluid is spot on, it's very likely a calibration issue. They need recalibrating periodically. Get a tech to plug in and run the sequence. That often fixes sticky shifts without needing new parts. If calibration doesn't work, then you'd look at solenoids or clutch packs.
