First time driving a JCB on the job

Thinking back to my first time driving a JCB on the job still brings a smile to my face. I was definitely nervous at the beginning, but once I got rolling, I was surprised by how much power and precision it had. I quickly figured out that being patient and having a steady grip was way more important than just speeding through.

What was your first experience with heavy machinery or a JCB like, and what stands out to you?

First time I hopped on a JCB, I was helping clear a tiny piece of land. I was a bit shaky at the start, but once I got the hang of it, the controls just felt right.

The first time I used big machines was on a JCB, digging ditches for a farm thing. I thought going fast was key, but I learned that slow and steady wins the race. Once I got used to it, I saw just how strong, yet graceful, the machine was. I've never forgotten that.
