You’ve had your hands on plenty of JCB machines, but sometimes you stumble upon another brand that really stands out. What’s that non-JCB machine that you admire, and what makes it special to you? I’d love to hear your favorites.

You can't go wrong with a Cat D6 in my book. I drove one on a muddy road job ages ago, and it just kept pushing like it was no big deal. The controls were a breeze, the torque was off the charts, and there wasn't a hint of drama. That kind of dependability really sticks with you

I've got a soft spot for the Volvo L120 from my time in a quarry. That machine was quiet, absurdly comfortable, and surprisingly precise for a wheel loader. After a 12-hour shift, you’d step out feeling less trashed, and that really set it apart from most of the others I’ve operated.

I've always liked the Komatsu PC210. There’s no epic tale here; it just feels well-balanced and reliable every single time you climb in. You get great visibility, powerful hydraulics, and it doesn’t put up a fight with the operator. Sometimes, being a bit boring is the best praise you can give after a long day on a big site.

it's the CAT 336 Excavator for me, and I'm actually use this at work. it's easy to control, I can handle heavy lifting, excavation, and demolition easier

I borrowed a Deere skid steer from my neighbor to tackle the muddy mess left by a storm, and I was honestly impressed. It had plenty of power, responded quickly, and just got the job done without any fuss. I’m a fan of my JCBs, but that Deere felt like it could handle anything.

No a construction company but Deutz fahr is my brand of choice when it comes to agri machinery. Love the comfort and technology they off which in my opinion is far beyond the rest. I personally have a DX3.90 and think it's the best thing since sliced bread. In fact, it's better than sliced bread. I also think Kubotas are such reliable machines and are really in a class of their own especially with them basically offering one of every type of machine.

Sounds like you really understand your equipment. The comfort of Deutz-Fahr paired with the reliability of Kubota is definitely a winning combo.
