When it comes to snow, mud, or a mix of both, how do you keep your grip?

I have a quick question for everyone, when the ground gets icy, muddy, or just plain messy, what tires or traction gear have you found to be the most effective? I’m eager to hear about setups that can adapt to changing conditions.

Chains are my thing. I got them after slipping around one winter, and they've saved me a lot of trouble

I usually use turf tires, but I put chains on when it gets icy. I learned that from my neighbor after getting stuck in the mud too many times.

I changed to R4 industrial tires a few seasons ago. They are not the best in deep mud, but they've been a good middle-ground for different conditions. Before, I was always changing setups, and it got annoying fast.
