This weekend, I decided to play around with some scrap steel and try my hand at making brackets. To my surprise they turned out even better than I had hoped! It really reminded me of how much fun it is to get creative with leftover materials.

What have you been working on this weekend? Any exciting metal projects or builds?

That's great! I did a small thing too, made some angle brackets from leftover tubing to make a shelf in my shop stronger. I kept putting it off, but once I got going, I remembered how good it feels to make something helpful out of scrap.

Sweet! I spent my weekend welding a simple stand for my grinder. Nothing special, but it was cool to finally put some old scrap metal to use.
