my brother just bought a brand new JCB 3CX for his land, and he’s already getting the classic dealer runaround. he even paid for a $400 service call, but the tech left without even clearing the flashing maintenance icons!
it’s annoying because the work is done, but the machine is still nagging him.
does anyone know the secret button combo to reset those service lights from the cab?
also need a lead on an operator’s manual that doesn’t cost a fortune. mostly just to decode symbols and stay on top of the basics.
the dealer is telling him he has to buy 3CX specific buckets, but he’s pretty sure they’re more universal than that. if anyone knows which other models share the same pin size (we think it’s 44.5mm or 1.75"), that would be a huge help so he can stop overpaying at the dealership
