Finally got around to fixing that squeaky shop door hinge last month. Seriously, it took like five minutes, and now it's so much better. Makes you wonder about all those other little things I keep putting off for no good reason.

I used to let all those little things pile up until I had a massive weekend project on my hands. But this fall, I started just tightening bolts, oiling hinges, and patching up small cracks as soon as I saw them. And wow, things are just so much calmer now.
