JCB JS130 throttle reset stuck

I think I messed up, I tried to reset the throttle function on my JCB JS130 excavator (using the CAPS menu setup) to fix some hydraulic pressure issues.
The reset sequence needs the machine to hit full throttle to tune the engine RPM for Heavy mode, but it gets stuck there. It stays at max RPM and never completes the tuning or moves to the next step.
The reset never finishes, the digging modes don't work, and the throttle control only adjusts true engine RPMs from about half throttle and up.

No warning lights or fault codes came up, and the flywheel sensor looks fine.
Any idea why it's getting hung up during the full throttle tuning phase?

My JCB JS130's throttle reset is stuck at max RPM. I think we have similar problem the ECM isn't getting the right throttle signal. Take a look at the throttle pedal sensor and its wiring to make sure they're working properly. If the ECM isn't receiving the complete input, the tuning process could get stuck

have you checked all wiring harnesses? especially around the throttle motor, engine sensors, and the main connections near the cab and battery
Corrosion or loose pins in a connector can cause intermittent or lost signals, interrupting the calibration sequence

@Sunrise_ check the throttle actuator. if the cable or motor is sticking, the computer won't see the exact RPM it's looking for to trigger the next step. make sure it's reaching the physical stop

Great tip! Making sure the throttle actuator is reaching the physical stop
