my volvo mct 125c no crank. this was made by jcb. ign switch appears good. i can't find the relay. supposed to be under the cab with some other

would anyone know where the starter relay is. i checked behind the seat and none are the starter relay apparently. any ideas on solving no crank appreciated

On most, the starter relay is tucked in with the other solenoids near the battery, sometimes right behind a small panel or under the floorboard. A good way to track it is to follow the small wire coming off the starter solenoid, it'll lead you to the relay
 
The MCT 125C won't start unless the lap bar, armrest, and speed control are set right. Double-check those safety locks and give the wiring a quick look for rust or anything that's loose.
 
If I were in your boots... remove any panels under the seat and cab floor, follow the ignition wire from the starter, and look for clusters of relays. It might be behind a cover or in a relay pack. Check for a relay block with multiple relays... one of them should be the starter.
