Learned the hard way last winter when I didn't check a hydraulic line and regretted it big time. Now, before it freezes, I always deal with fluids and grease first.

I once figured my tractor was ready to go, but the cold weather killed the battery. Ever since, I check the battery and swap out those filters before winter hits. Keeps things running without a glitch.
