How do you create the perfect plate?

I don’t have a picture to share just yet I’m still working on my plate strategy. As a kid I’d just throw everything into one big pile like I was building something but these days I try to keep things a bit more organized… at least until the gravy shows up. What’s your style? Do you like to pile everything together keep it separate or just mix it all up? I’d love to see how you do it!

I used to be the kind of kid who would pile everything onto my plate like I was constructing a food fort. Now, I prefer to keep things separate but I still end up with a messy plate when the gravy decides to take over and mix everything together
